Prefer the Little Bot Ofie mat
I was underwhelmed by this mat in person, and decided to return it for the Ofie mat by Little Bot instead. The material used for the Play with Pieces mat looks a little cheap. It is not very soft/cushioned compared to other mats that feel like memory foam; this mat feels very light and doesn't really have any rebound. I don't think it is quite thick or cushioned enough for a baby to learn to crawl and tumble over when used on a hard surface like mine (laminate over concrete). I read a bunch of reviews that indicate that it may not stand up to regular use as well as I would like given the price. I like the colours and design, but it isn't as functional as I had hoped.

Beautiful playmat with just the right amount of cushion and style! A good alternative to foam tiles which donâÂÂt work for out small space... while this mat is quite large I can always roll it and store it quickly if need be. Baby loves it!
Only small complaint is the waffle texture is a bit difficult to clean (but at the same time prevents liquids from spilling off the mat!) and leaves impressions if baby isnâÂÂt wearing any clothes! But really not a complaint at all.
A bit pricey but I feel itâÂÂs worth it as it can continue to be used for years to come if it stands up to durability as stated.
