Rated 5 out of 5 by from The Best Cure for Pink Eye I had a really severe case of pink eye where my right eye was completely swollen shut. The next morning I went to the doctors and they did not prescribe anything because they thought it was viral and not bacterial (even though the discharge was extremely goopy). I stopped by the pharmacy and they recommended these drops and I am so glad they did. These eye drops completely cleared my pink eye within 4 days. I am so grateful to have come across these drops- they provided such relief to my eyes. Also I did not have any burning or itchy sensations as the other reviews stated, rather my eyes felt soothed by the drops. I highly recommended these drops!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Nothing but trouble. I picked these drops up just recently after getting pink for the first time in my life. Immediately after the very first use I found these drops painful to use, with a sharp stinging that has been reported in many other reviews here (and constantly denied by the manufacturer). Use as directed led to further and further irritation, with eye pain and dryness growing steadily worse. I eventually threw these out and went to see a doctor about getting something that would actually help without making me want to tear my eyes out. A complete waste of money. Maybe if some type of numbing agent was added or if the alcohol was removed these wouldn't be so awful.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Did not work for me I had a full blown/ stage 4 case of pink eye. I typically head to the nearest walk-in clinic and get a prescription. However i saw the polysporin add and decided to give it a try. I followed the direction- and ignored the burn that was experienced every time. I figured no pain no gain right? Wrong. After 3 days of use, i saw that the infection remained unchanged. I got up and headed straight to the clinic for the real stuff. After 48 hours using my prescription, the infection was almost gone. Granted i did not use polysporin for the recommended time. However I was forced to bail on it - after a lack of positive results

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great product, does sting after a few uses! This product works. I woke up yesterday with my eyes literally glued together with discharge. I went right to the pharmacy and picked these up, used them as the instructions call for, and today my eyes are MUCH better - I woke up with minimal discharge and much less redness. After reading the reviews here I was a little worried, and by my fourth application yes they did sting a bit but... I have pink eye, my eyes are already inflamed and I kind of figured they would sting when putting anything in them. It wasn't a horrible pain, more like opening your eyes in chlorinated water, and I expected it. What matters is that they worked fast. I'm still going to continue using them now and will use them again in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It worked! Writing because I saw so many bad reviews on here, which deterred me from using polysporin drops. And I don’t want the same thing to happen to other people because I wish I used em sooner. After reading some of the reviews I had hesitations on getting this so ended up going to the doctor and he gave me drops and oral meds for the pink eye. Neither of which worked and it just kept getting worse. For almost 2 weeks.. Finally tried the polysporin drops and felt relief right away. Didn’t wake up with my eyes glued shut the next morning and 2 days later it’s almost 100%.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Follow the Instructions ! I purchased this product last Wednesday (November 4, 2020), I had severe pink eye to the point that I light sensitivity so severe that I had to close the one eye and discharge from my eye at night. I started on the drops, as directed on the package, the eye did not seem to get better, but after a day of use (4 doses), the sensitivity to light disappeared and after three days three days there was not discharge from my eyes at night and the redness was almost gone. So, read the instructions and follow them !

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great that it's avaliable over the counter This stuff is great if you find yourself with pink eye over a summer long weekend. If people are complaining of a very light stinging, it's most likely working -- I guess some people are really over sensitive. Geez, it's not just water your dropping into your eye, it is a mefication. Oh well, like I said, if you get to see a pharmacist who knows their job, and can sell you some over counter, then great! I would only caution if you had a dicey pharmacist who you did not trust But I love it that I don't have to scramble to find a doctor or walk in. I can get this and then check in with my GP at a later date if it's called for - exactly the advice I got

Rated 1 out of 5 by from My eyes feel more irritated after use I bought this product today as I had a minor infection in both my eyes and no clinics were open. I have used eye drops before and I have always experienced relief. I have administered the drops twice now. I understand the initial stinging sensation as it is essentially cleaning your eyes but it is the extreme itchiness that is bothering me. I came to the site to look if this was a side effect, and have found a lot of other people mentioning the same discomfort I'm having from using this product. I want to claw my eyes out, they are so itchy. I'm afraid to keep using it, if its harming my eyes rather than helping. Disappointed I wasted money on this product and will have to go to the clinic and get something else.
