Sterile antibiotic treatment for external infections of the eye/ear, such as conjunctivitis, or “pink eye”. For eye infections, apply 1 – 2 POLYSPORIN® EYE & EAR DROPS in the affected eye 4 time a day, for 7 – 10 days. Eye drops are suitable for all ages. For ear infections, apply 1 – 2 POLYSPORIN® EYE & EAR DROPS in the affected ear 4 times a day for 5 – 7 days.
Polysporin Eye & Ear Drops kill the bacteria causing the infection and help relieve redness and itchiness associated with bacterial pink eye. Polysporin Eye & Ear Drops can also be used to treat swimmer's ear.
Dosage: 1-2 drops in the infected eye or ear 4 times a day.
Cautions: If irritation occurs, or in case of serious infection, or if infection has not started to clear in 2 days, discontinue use and consult a doctor. Consult a doctor before use if the cause of the pink eye is unclear, or if there is a marked sensation of something in the eye, sensitivity to light, continuous abundant discharge, pain in the eye, impaired vision, severe hearing loss, or fever.

Peace of mind - but not work for me
Product was hard to find and cost 2.8 times more than the other types of eye drops. However, polysporin products have worked for me in the past so I purchased the drops. After following the instructions for the past 72 hours, I see no significant improvements. The product did not work for me, however it gave me peace of mind during the past few days. Will see doctor in the afternoon.

Cleared it right up
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) My son brought home pink eye from school (yay). Rather than spend hours at a walk in clinic, I decided to run out and grab this stuff. So glad I did. Almost immediately my sonss eye looked better and the itchiness went away. The next day it was like nothing even happened. Im so happy that something like this is readily available.

Expensive But The Most Effective
I used to get excrushiating ear infections where my face would swell up. This is the only ointment drop i'll buy for it, and keep it in my medicine cabinet just in case.

Worked like a charm
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I recently forgot to switch out my old mascara for a new one and I got pink eye. To treat it I bought these eye drops and used them a couple times a day for 3 days and it went away completely! Within the first 12 hours I felt relief. Im glad I didnt have to go to the doctors and I could treat it myself.

Preservative is irritating
Like a lot of people, my eyes can’t handle the preservative in these. After one day, the drops helped with my light sensitivity, but by the second day the reaction to the preservatives was about as bad as the pink eye. So, unfortunately, these will not work for me. I wish a company would make preservative-free drops for conjunctivitis.

Itchy, but works
yellowish pus was coming out of my eye. My pharmacist friend recommend this product. It was itchy at first then it felt fine. Used it for a couple of days and eyes were back to normal.

It really works

Works great!

This is always been our go to pink eye treatment

Recommended course of treatment is for several days, although you will usually see results within a day or two. Ask your pharmacist for it, because they keep it behind the counter.

Disappointing
Well.ca was my last attempt to buy this product but was decline at check out because of shipping restrictions. Never had a problem buying this over the counter before, but then Quebec pharmas got a hold of it, making it impossible to buy the product without a visit to the doctor or having a prescription!

A staple in my house

Out of Stock in Eastern Canada
Arg. Really guys, can you please work out the production or supply issues that keep this product from being in stock. It does work well, and we use plenty with young kids in the house. I'm tired of searching pharmacy to pharmacy and finding it "Out of Stock from the Manufacturer".

Cleared up my viral pinkeye fast

Burns
It seemed to help temporarily but it burns. So no I wouldn't recommend it. The rest of polysporin ointments I have tried are fantastic. The pink eye stuff sucks.
