Directions: Instill three to four drops in the affected ear or ears, four times a day for five to seven days. You should avoid getting water in the ear until the treatment is complete. You should begin to see an improvement in your symptoms within one to two days. Even though the symptoms of the infection may be relieved within one to two days, you should use POLYSPORIN® Plus Pain Relief Ear Drops for five to seven days to completely cure the infection. If there is no improvement in your symptoms within two days of starting treatment, or if they have not disappeared within seven days, you should consult your doctor, as you may not have swimmer’s ear.

Took the PAIN away!
I have had a throbbing earache for 6 days non stop. I called my pharmacist and asked him what he recommends and he recommended this product. Within 5 minutes after I put the drops in for the first time (just now) the intensity of the pain I had been having for the last 6 days was cut in half. I finally have some relief.

Finally RELIEF!!!
I had had such a brutal ear infection and great deal of pain. Tried homeopathic but pain was too severe, didn't help a smidge. Relief within minutes from Polysporin one due to the lidocaine (numbing ingredient) Guaranteed this will now be a staple to always have on hand and keep at the lake in summer.

Great Product
I occasionally experience minor ear pain from outer ear infections. I started using this product every time I deal with that and it takes care of it instantly. I am so happy that there is a product out there for this where I don't have to go in to a doctor for a prescription! It is a bit pricey, but worth it because it works right away.

I had a random infection in my ear, it hurt BADLY, my ear had swollen closed and I couldn't close my jaw.
It was Friday and the doctors appointment was 3 days away and I couldn't wait...
I found these drops in a local store, within an hour the pain had subsided considerably and within a day or so the infection had disappeared.

Best Ear Drops I've Ever Used
Having been prone to ear infections since I was young, these drops are the only ones I've found that not only provide any pain relief but also help get rid of the problem! Most definitely worth the price and are the only drops I look for now.

Helps every time!
I love all polysporin products but I'd never had a use for ear drops nor did I know they existed.
My Bichon/Cocker has chronic ear problems and the vet was no longer able to get the ear drops with antibiotics. I kept cleaning her ears out as I have for over 11 years now but she was getting more and more lethargic to the point where I would have to carry her outside and she slept all day long, she just wasn't herself.
The vet suggested surgery and that was not going to happen so I went searching for other alternatives. Came across the polysporin ear drops, thought what the heck, polysporin works so I bought it. Used it on my dog twice a day along with the regular ear cleaning and by the afternoon of the second day, she was up and moving around, eating again and by the end of the third day, she was her old self again.
There seems to be some sort of shortage from the company to the drugstores etc in Calgary and I hope they get it solved quick.
No matter, I will swear by it and forever be grateful for finding the product that gave my best friend her life back.

Stops Pain while Clears Infection
This is a great product if you are prone to Ear Infections,like I am.I get ear aches a lot, especially if it happens to be windy outside.Polysporin antibiotic +pain relief Ear Drops Heals and stops the pain almost immediately.The infection is cleared within a couple of days.I highly recommend this product to anyone,except to small children.

I also cannot find this product, however I was recently at a major hospital and was looking in their pharmacy/store. They had plenty of bottles in stock there. Maybe its worth trying if you are close to a big hospital with a pharmacy.

Always have a box on hand.

Removed from canadian shelves
They discontinued all their ear and eye drops across Canada leaving millions of people to suffer and have to waste time at the emergency rooms taking up valuable time from doctors for something that normally.can be helped with these drops. Absolute disgrace to this company for purposely removing off the shelves.

This is a go to for my family
