Large capsules
I wish I knew that this product worked for my thinning fine hair - unfortunately, the capsules are huge and very difficult to swallow so I'm not able to take them. I tried breaking the capsules apart, but it's not worth it to try to extract the thick oily compound out of the capsules. If you have issues swallowing pills at all, don't even try this one.

Hair Force Prairie Naturals Love it!
I've been using this product for about 15-20 yrs now, absolutely love it. I definitely feel it contributes to my healthy hair, nails and skin. I have long hair and it grows very fast, this seems to enhance it's health.
