This one was a miss
Normally, I'm a huge fan of Primal kitchen. But this was a huge disappointment. I understand it's a vinaigrette but vinegar is all you can taste. Strong enough to make your eyes water. I shook extremely well and even tried it as a marinade for chicken. Nope. Pungent, sour vinegar and nothing more. Not a single person in my family could stomach it.
Sorry Primal kitchen, this one missed the mark.

Greek deliciousness
The spices in this vinaigrette are quintessentially Greek and are very flavourful. However, I would like it to be more acidic, so I usually add some red wine vinegar to my salad along with this vinaigrette. Very tasty!

Great Vinegarette
This is a great vinegarette. Full of geek flavour, just not the basic oil, vinegar and oregano. The oregano oil adds a punch of flavour that stands out for me. Full of herbs and acidity.
