Pura Kiki Silicone Straw
Pura took up the challenge of creating the first (and only) 100% plastic-free straw top on the market. This 100% medical grade silicone straw top is comprised of two pieces - the mouthpiece and the straight straw that extends into the bottle. This allows kids to drink upright (with the straight straw attached) or by tipping the bottle up (with the straight straw removed). As with all products in the Kiki line, this straw module is 100% plastic-free.

  • Extends the usable life of Kiki bottles to older kids
  • Crafted from safe, anti-bacterial medical grade silicone
  • The only 100% plastic-free straw module on the global market
  • BPA-free & EA-free - will not leach toxins like plastic straws or lids
  • Operates with all Pura Kiki bottles
  • Contains a removable silicone straw that extends into the bottle
  • Allows bottle to be used upright or tipped back

Pretty easy to use. Took some some to figure out he needed to bite the tip to get water. If it came with a cleaning brush it would be better but it does come apart to clean so it’s not that big of deal.

We upgraded to this straw after the sippy spout version also from Pura. My toddler has five teeth in the front but luckily he doesn't chew or bite on the tip. I had to buy small brushes to clean all the parts though.

Works really well - my 9 month old had no problem figuring it out.

I really love the pura kiki bottles and the idea of this being a sillicone straw but they are not long lasting at all. As soon as my son got a few teeth he was able to chew and bite off pieces of the straw.

It is very difficult to clean because milk always gets trapped at the top of the straw on either side of the grooves.

Also after a while of use the straws have a horrible soapy taste, I just realized this and don't know how long my poor son has been drinking with that taste, it's terrible.

I've ordered my 3rd replacement straw but this will probably be the last time.

Bought this to replace the one my 11 month old chewed on and broke. Was leaking heavily. I really like purakiki so I'll keep on replacing them but i do wish they would make it a little more hardy. The current one is broken again (4 months later) but not as badly (yet)!

My toddler really enjoys using this top. We only have the 5 ounce smaller bottle, so we removed the straw portion and he just tips it back to drink from it. Comes in cardboard box - no plastic packaging.

Super easy to use, and no leaks.

I really love the pura kiki bottles but I have found that the straw tends to leak sometimes which can be annoying.
