Possibly not great
Ever since I started using this baking powder instead of the traditional grocery store brands previously perfect recipes have come out of the oven looking great, then as they cool falling into hard, dense, underbaked messes. I can't say for sure it's entirely the fault of this baking powder, but when I did the hot water test with this to make sure it was still good, the fizzing was underwhelming, to say the least. If you don't have allergies, I'd stick to tried and true baking powder.
