So good.
With skepticism I tried this un flour. I have tried many options but am getting serious about my kids having too much gluten. The first item I tried was bread but it didn't work well, as the page says. I didn't give up. I then tried another finicky recipe, Yorkshire pudding. We're converted. Not only did it look great it tasted at least as good as the gluten laden ones. I'm using it regularly now. The kids don't even know!

The best GF flour i've ever used
Super easy to work with and super tasty. The most surprising thing though, the texture. I genuinely preferred it to bobs red mill (my old go-to) and any other flour I've tried. They have solid ingredients too which is a plus.
Made the cookies on the bag, they were delish. Brownies and banana bread next

The Best Gluten Free Flour
I have used this 1 for 1 flour substitute for several several of my regular recipes. Not only do the recipes bake well with nice texture, the flavour is excellent. Good healthy baking with ease and great success. Thank you.

Works great for cookies and cakes
Recently received some of this flour as a gift from a friend. It worked so well, I immediately bought four more bags of it! Very good for cakes and cookies. I've used it for a few savory items too.

My New Go-To
I was given this flour by a neighbour, and after using up those 2 bags bought 5 more. The texture is wonderful and the flour is very forgiving. I hope one day the company will come out with a flour blend that works for yeasted bread and doughs.
To date the best baking I’ve made with this flour is a cardamom rose cake and it soaked up the flavours very well.

Great gluten free flour
The flour makes gluten free recipes rise and give a similar texture to gluten flour. Smells a bit different but you don’t notice it in the sweet recipes
