I use Magnesium for Restless Legs Syndrome and find this Bisglycinate much less stressful on my digestive system.

We have tried many brands and we find Quest to be very effective. Definitely recommend it!

I have been taking magnesium (bis)glycinate to prevent migraines for over a year. I've tried three different brands and admittedly there has been little difference between any of them for me. However, this is cheaper and for some reason I can't quiet put my finger on is my favorite.

I started using this product to help prevent migraines. It is absorbed better and does not affect my digestion like magnesium citrate. I take 1 in the morning and 1 at night to help relax for sleeping. Great product! I have had far less migraines!

I recently changed from magnesium citrate to this brand because I was starting to get loose stools from the citrate. Knowing the bisglycinate is supposed to be better absorbed and cause less diarrhea, it was frustrating that this actually caused more diarrhea at half the dose (I was taking 400mg for migraines as prescribed by my neurologist).
