Dosage: Shake before use. Squeeze dropper top twice to get 1ml of tincture. Take 4ml twice daily. Consume directly under the tongue, with water, in coffee, tea, smoothies, elixirs, milks, or as advised by your healthcare practitioner.

Use it almost every day
This is entirely anecdotal, but I’ve been taking this most days for the past 8 months and didn’t get any colds. I believe it is supporting my immune system. Would recommend to anyone to try it.

Has this product changed?
The last bottle I purchased was noticeably lighter in colour, which makes me think it is more diluted? This is disappointing for the price and so I may not continue to buy this product.

Love!
Happy I was finally able to find an alcohol free mushroom tincture. Love the organic ingredients also. I just mix it with my omega liquid and take it as a little shot every morning.
