BoulardiiMAX is a one-strain travel-friendly probiotic that provides 10 billion cultures of Saccharomyces boulardii (a non-colonizing yeast species) in a convenient once a day capsule with NO refrigeration required.
Directions: Adults, adolescents, and children over 6 years old: Take one capsule per day to provide intestinal comfort when travelling, reduce the risk of traveller’s diarrhea, help to support intestinal/gastrointestinal health, promote a favourable gut flora and for a source of probiotics. To help to reduce the risk of antibiotic-associated diarrhea, take 1-3 capsules per day. If you are on anti-fungal(s), take at least 2-3 hours before or after.
Allergen Warning: Produced in a facility that also processes milk and soy.
Warning: Do not use if you have an immune-compromised condition (e.g. AIDS, lymphoma, patients undergoing long-term corticosteroid treatment). Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea or severe abdominal pain. Discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner if symptoms of digestive upset (e.g. diarrhea) occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days. Keep out of reach of children.

Not so good anymore
I used to think this product was amazing and used it for over a year. I used it for IBS and food allergy diarhea which could leave me house bound for days. Many times one Boulardii Max would work in 20 min. and one tablet. Then the packaging changed and the capsule ingredients went from a light brown and larger pellets to white/beige and mostly powder like. They no longer work well at all. I will be looking for another brand.

Good product
Wanted to try this because of Ibs symptoms. It has helped to calm down the symptoms that I have. I am hoping for more relief in the future because it has only been a short time.
