Rexall Calcium & Magnesium with Zinc

Helps in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth. Adequate calcium combined with vitamin D, as part of a healthy diet, may reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis or may help prevent bone loss / osteoporosis. Helps in connective tissue formation. Helps maintain proper muscle function and in energy metabolism.

Recommended Dosage: 1–3 tablets daily with food, a few hours before or after taking other medications or natural health products, or as recommended by a physician.

Medicinal Ingredients: Each tablet contains:
Elemental Calcium (carbonate, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate) 333 mg
Elemental Magnesium (oxide, citrate, fumarate, malate, succinate) 166.66 mg
Zinc (gluconate) 16.66 mg

Non-medicinal ingredients: Microcrystalline cellulose, maltodextrin, coating (carbohydrate gum, titanium dioxide, triethyl citrate, medium chain triglycerides, carnauba wax), croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, mineral oil, glycerin.

Contains no artificial preservatives, colours or flavours, gluten or yeast.

Caution: Some people may experience diarrhea. Zinc supplementation can cause copper deficiency. If you are unsure whether you are taking enough copper, consult a physician prior to use. Keep at room temperature in a dark, dry place. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if under cap is broken.
