verdict is still out on this but good price for what you get
It has helped a little but as I have been on it for 2 months period I am unsure what long term good affects it will have. I have osteo arthritis and someone else I know recommended it. It hasn't helped that too much at the moment but I am giving it 6 months to see what difference it makes.
