Rexall Psyllium Husk Fibre Therapy

Rexall Psyllium Husk used in herbal medicine to provide gentle relief of constipation and (or irregularity)

Directions of use: Adults: Adults and adolescents 14 years and older: Take 5 capsules 3 times per day. Take this product with at least 250 mL (8 oz.) of water or other fluid (milk, fruit juice or similar aqueous beverage). Maintain adequate fluid intake. Take 2 hours before or after taking other medications. Effects observed 12-24 hours after first dose, and may take 2-3 days.
