Moisturizes and hydrates to help relieve nasal dryness and irritation. Maintains healthy sinuses.
Directions: Daily Hygiene: Spray once into each nostril, 1 to 3 times daily. RINSING: When more secretions are present, use 2 or 3 sprays per nostril, 1 to 3 times daily. Wait about 30 seconds before blowing out liquid. Directions of use: Wipe the tip with a clean tissue or rinse with water before and after use. If possible, gently blow your nose to clear out mucus before using product. Standing in front of a wash basin or sink, bend yourself forward to your comfort level and tilt your head down to the left. Place the tip of the applicator at the base of the upper right nostril. Do not insert the tip/applicator more than 1/4 inch into the nostril. Press/squeeze gently to dispense spray/solution. Avoid swallowing the liquid as much as possible. Follow the same procedure in the left upper nostril after tilting head to the right. Blow or wipe the nose after use.
Medicinal Ingredients: Sodium Chlrodie 0.9% w/v.
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Benzalkonium Chloride, Water
Caution: Keep out of the reach of children. Do not share your device with anyone else. If you experience any pressure in the ears, stop the rinse and get further directions from your physician. Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms persist or worsen. If you experience any discomfort, discontinue using this product and consult a health care practitioner. Consult a health care practitioner before use if you have asthma or other chronic respiratory complaints. If you experience any nasal tearing, nosebleeds, or headache, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If nasal passage is completely blocked or if you have an ear infection or blocked ears, do not use this product.

Does the job!
This is great for general nose hygiene and clearing out the nasal passages of excess mucus. Gentle mist so less invasive than those heavy duty sprays that cost twice as much. I was happy to find this product here at Well.ca because I can't find the "mist" kind in any local stores anymore.

Works as needed.
I've tried the ones from Shoppers & Walmart's brands & they don't spray properly...very poor design.
Finally one that is simple and works as it should...just a saline nasal mist, yay!
