Nastiest tasting vitamin d chewable imaginable
I purchased these after getting the Jameson brand of chewable vitamin D thinking I was getting a good deal. A BIG mistake. Sure, there is some orange flavour, but it doesn't cover up much of the "pill taste". I guess it probably has the amount of vitamin D listed, but if you're buying it because you can chew them, I would not recommend.
