Very Yummy and Low Carb
Delicious. Simple ingredients. It's a mixed consistency, not smooth, and has little seeds. I enjoyed this a lot and had it with crackers. I have tried the beetroot-horseradish type and also loved it. I will be trying the other two kinds on my next order.

lots of greens
This is a very healthy vegetable spread and my first taste was from the garlic which I like but I was expecting more of a spinach taste. I will buy it again mainly because of the ingredients not because of the taste.

Tasty!
The jar is a bit small for the price, but the ingredients and nutritional value more than makes up for it! I ate it with the RyVita Crispbreads and it was delicious.

Not the best
Thought I would try this but the taste is strong. Might be ok on something bland to give taste but I will not order again. Plus the jar was ready to expire within 2 weeks and since I am the only one eating this didn't give me enough time to actually use it. More attention needed to the dates on products and if close to expirary then apply a discount. Would not order again and cannot recomment it.
