Hot and sweet heat
Absolutely love it. I initially thought yikes, the ghost pepper so h supper hot!!! However, mixed with the pear you get just the right amount of heat mixed with a little sweet. Don’t get me wrong it’s still hot but not to the point that you can’t taste your food. An absolute delight to chicken, eggs, or pasta.

Really nice and some spice
Hotter than the “Do Fear the Reaper” imo, and equally, if not better flavour. Only two Salem’s Lott sauces I have tried, but I am a fan and will be buying more.
