- Adults & Adolescents 14+: 10ml twice daily before meals
- Children 10-14yrs: 10ml once daily before a meal
- Children 5-9yrs: 5ml once daily before a meal
- Children 2-4yrs: 4ml once daily before a meal

Best Iron Supplement
Floradix Iron formula is easy to take, taste is good and none of the side effects of other iron products. The 'bonus pack' is a good deal on a really good product. The liquid form is easily absorbed for maximum benefit. Only down side - I feel I need to brush my teeth after taking to avoid staining.

Great product.
Have been using this product for over a year. I suffered with iron deficiency which made me very tired, hair loss etc. Since I started to take this iron my energy returned, better hair and skin. This product really works for me. It has been part of my daily routine.

Does not taste terrible!!!
My neighbour said that her liquid iron (different brand) tasted horrible so I wasn't expecting much with this one. I was wrong! It's more than bearable. Thank you for that!

Best iron supplement
This product helps me keep my iron levels in the normal range. I don't eat red meat, and have struggled with low iron. Floradix seems to absorb better for me; I have tried a couple of other liquid iron brands, and my levels dropped. I highly recommend the Floradix.

You feel it working almost immediately
Starts working almost instantly. It's like I can feel the iron absorbing in my body. I feel the difference in minutes. So very, very effective. It makes any other iron supplement a waste of time.
I just wish the scoop was easier to use.
