I've been using this for years when i was pregnant and breastfeeding with both my boys. My doc recommended it as I've got quite low iron again.. upping my intake of seeds and seed Butters as I've recently gone vegetarian.. Trying to balance my first cause my energy is very low. Noticed a difference since starting a fresh bottle. Tastes ok, it's palatable, had a strong metallic taste which is to be expected for an iron supplement!

I love this product, my naturopath suggested to me. She also recomend to take it with
Vit C for better absorbtion of the iron.
You need to brush your teeth after taking it, to prevent staining.

Great for pregnancy and nursing!
Metallic in taste, but not terrible! I haven't noticed any stomach issues since taking which is nice. Only complaint is the bottle doesn't pour overly well and always ends up dripping down the side after pouring. Otherwise, great product!
