It's a nice balm, it feels good, and it takes the edge off the itch, but it doesn't work like hydrocortisone creams do. I have yet to find an all natural product that stops the burning itch and tones down the redness. It's a small jar for the price, that said, I might buy it again.

I've only had eczema for a few weeks now. It's awful. Satya really does help with the itch (doesn't eliminate, but makes it bearable). Heals my cuts and dry chapped skin from the eczema within a day or two. Wonderful product. I don't like the price, but I understand why it's so expensive. Definitely give this a try!

This eczema balm did not help my eczema unfortunately. The ingredients are great and known to help eczema, so I would still recommend trying it since different things help different people with eczema. Calendula used to heal my eczema in a couple days but all products with calendula don't seem to work for me anymore. It is a solid butter that you can melt in your hands before applying.
