This is BY FAR the BEST gluten-free bread I've ever tried in Canada (much better than Udi's and much better than any of the Costco GF brands)). Schar brand gluten-free bread is a rare gem because it is delicious even if you don't toast it. This is a must-buy bread!
I literally filled my carry-on suitcase with this stuff when I was flying home from Europe (because at the time, I didn't know if it was also available in Canada)... needless to say, I'm thrilled that Well.ca stocks this wonderful product.

Fresh!
This company is famous for making the only gluten-free bread that is soft and moist like real bread! However recently the bag I got from the store was stale. I wondered if Well had it—and they do, and it arrived, and it's fresh!! And fifty cents cheaper than the store. Haha =) I'm very happy.

The first few times I bought this bread I was happy with it, however I was not at all pleased with subsequent purchases because of the many holes in almost every slice. Too expensive for inferior quality. Won't purchase again.

Disappointing
I had really hoped to like this product because I love the ciabatta, hamburger, and hot dog buns...but it falls completely flat. I have found much better at this same price point. Will not buy again.
