Leaves skin so soft!
Recently received this razor in the mail and it's a game changer! Leaves my skin so soft and compared to other brands & cheaper razors, I don't have to shave as often! :)

Smooth and Moisturized Shave
I received this razor for free in exchange for my honest review.
In a hurry or hate shaving messes? Well worry no more because this razor is awesome. The moisturizing bars around the blades not only lathers your skin, it also moisturizes, allowing the razor to glide across your skin with no irritation or mess (unlike the mess with shaving cream or wax). The blades move effortlessly to allow you to get those tricky areas. While the overall razor appears bulky and heavy, in reality it is quite light and well designed to fit your hands for maximum shave with minimum effort.
After shaving, my skin felt smooth and moisturized (just like the box promised). I definitely love the razors from the Schick Intuition collection because of what they can do, unlike other razors (where you need shaving cream, etc).
While I like the idea of natural aloe for sensitive skin, I found the scent a little too artificial and overwhelming. Maybe that is just me. Also the razor holder, that is always a joke, they barely stay in place and most of the time the razor ends up on the ground/tub. So often I opted not to use the holder.

Great for Sensitive Skin!

Perfect For Busy Moms!

My first impression of this razor (while still in the box) was that it was very big and bulky. I'm happy to say that once I opened it I realized that it wasn't as big as it looked and that it was very lightweight. I was equally as happy to see that it came with an additional cartridge. I appreciate the suction cup holder that comes with it as well. It makes storing the razor easy and prevents the lather bar from breaking or wearing down from exposure to water.
The razor itself is very comfortable to hold and it creates just the right amount of lather. The more hair, the more lather you get. It removed hair on the first pass and left my skin feeling soft. I did find it hard to maneuver around my knees and bikini area. Other than that, it was a dream to use.
The one complaint I do have is that the lather bar depletes very quickly. As someone who shaves often, I would need to replace the cartridges sooner than I would like. This is the reason I gave it a 4 star rating rather than 5 stars.
As a busy Mom I appreciate multi-tasking products and this razor certainly fits the bill. I definitely recommend it!

Who doesn't want the convenience of having your shaving cream on your razor? However, there was a couple things I was disappointed in. I found it very hard to get a close shave. My first shave was a mess! I had to press much harder than my regular razor to get a close shave and I admit I was a bit timid in worrying about getting razor burn. My second time, it was easier and I pressed harder and received a closer shave however I noticed there still was small patches I just didn't get close enough to. I thought with the pivoting head it would not be a problem but the shave gel bar gets in the way on some spots. The parts that it did a good shave on, I found very smooth and moisturized. It is quite large and due to the size, I would definately only use on my legs. One of my fav things was the suction cup razor holder that came with it. It allows me to hang it up right to let it dry without getting goop everywhere.
The packaging is appealing and I can see it standing out on a shelf. I do have concerns with the fact that it clearly states "100% Natural Aloe" on the front and back as the selling feature of the lather. However, of course it is not made of only aloe and I find this misleading. The aloe that is added would of course be 100% aloe, however the lather bar has other ingredients.
Overall I thought the product was OK.

I've recently developed rosacea and find that my skin has become super sensitive. I've become afraid to try different soaps, razors and shaving creams because the more often I have a flare up the less temporary (and more permanent) the sensitivity and redness becomes. I was excited to try this razor because aloe is healing and its labelled for sensitive skin.
The first thing I noticed was the "skin conditioning solid" which replaces shaving cream. Its much thicker than the little ones on the competitor's razors (which are always breaking off on me after a few shaves so end up being thrown out). It has a mild and pleasant fragrance, which I like. I also like how sturdy it is and how easy it is to hold and maneuver.
I LOVE shaving with it! Seriously. I love that I don't need to use shaving cream- which saves me time and allows me to have fewer products in the shower area and that makes me happy. It feels silky on my skin. I didn't experience any irritation at all. Usually I have to use special soaps but the "solid" was good to me and my skin. It felt great. The razor provides a close shave and I left the shower with silky smooth legs. The only thing I would change is the scent as I would prefer vanilla or something but its so mild and the benefits of this razor FAR outweigh that to be sure. The schick intuition sensitive care razor is my new favorite. I highly recommend you give it a whirl, even if you don't have sensitive skin but especially if you do and have felt exasperated by the harshness of many razors.

Good but not Great

My first thought when I received it was , the packaging is very nice and the smell is fresh!I loved the color of it.The instructions on the box took me a minute to find.I was first looking for a piece of paper with instructions but there isn't any.It's written on the side of the box.There is so much small writing it was hard to see so should be bigger print.
I was a little scared to use this razor because it was so big with the moisturizer bar around it. It seemed like a huge razor. Using it was a little awkward at first. It lathers nicely but I found I had to get the soap bar part to wear down a bit before it would shave anything. It just wouldn't touch my legs at all. I had to go over my legs several times in the same spot and even then it didn't give me a close shave.I had to keep wetting it to get the nice slippery moisturizer to shave and had to keep rinsing the blade part as it kept filling in with hair and soap. Under my arm pits it was great though. I was able to use it in both directions which gave a really close shave and left the skin feeling softer.Although my legs are not as close of a shave they are a bit more moisturized but I still needed to add lotion later.
I really like the travel cap to store it for later use and the shower hanger is nice too but I wasn't able to use it because my tub wall is not able to hold those suction things.I suppose I could put it on the upper inside of the tub since I have no little children in my household!
I am hoping with more use I get better at using this razor.I do think it needs to be held a certain way to get the right kind of shave.I didn't have any niks or cuts on my legs at all though so that was awesome because I normally always get at least one small nik.
