I could not get these to soften
I was really excited for these. Love mung beans and liked the idea of sprouted (for all the extra benefits) and shorter cooking time. Tried twice, 2 hours cooking time and still not softened (once with bottled spring water, to make sure it was not our hard water). I will be trying their sprouted lentils, I think I'll have better luck with those.
