Great Tasting Pumpkin Muffins
These pumpkin muffins are pumpkin muffins because of the pumpkin puree.
I put a can of it in the mix.
They are moist,delicious and nutritious.

We bought them as a quick and heathy “homemade” snack. Honestly healthier than if I made them with regular AP flour. Rather delicious. A little dense but that was expected as there’s oat in there. My 20month old gobbled them up!
