Sisu Ester-C Energy Boost is a daily, re-hydrating vitamin drink mix enhanced with 1000 mg of Ester-C Vitamin C and nourishing vitamins, minerals, and electrolytes.
Adult dosage: Take one packet 1-2 times a day or as directed by a health care practitioner. Dissolve in 250 mg of water to taste. Take with food. Take a few hours before or after taking other medications. For adult use only.

Absolutely love it
It’s an amazing energy booster along with vitamin C, B, electrolytes, calcium , magnesium. I purchased the pina colada flavour and i love it . The single size serving packets it’s my favourite , just throw it in my thermos and add water and you can have it on the go ! Take it with you anywhere you go ! It does give you more energy during the day and keeps me hydrated !

I bought this as a one pack in the store. Then I saw them on sale at Well and bought a box. I take them every morning and I was surprised that I had more energy. I have insomnia and these keep me going on very little sleep. Great product.
