Love this!
I absolutely love this product however I find it on the expensive side, if you use 2 a day one bottle would only last half a month.

Not all L-Theanine products are created equal, trust this one!
Great product! We've tried a few different L-Theanine products and find that this is the only one that has a positive effect. I use the lower dose and my husband prefers the higher. When daily stresses start to build, this helps to take a little of the edge off so mental health and blood pressure can be managed or a more restful sleep can be obtained.
