No Calcium or magnesium!
A bit misleading because their regular "not supreme" expecting multivitamin (like all prenatal vitamins) contains calcium and magnesium, but this one doesn't!!! Most people will just assume it does and not check the ingredients for every single mineral. So you buy the more expensive "supreme" vitamins but also then have to buy the calcium and magnesium separately. Should be written in block letters. Very misleading. And definitely not supreme.

Smart prenatal
Note that the prenatal is missing calcium & magnesium but that’s so you can actually absorb the iron! (So many prenatals put those 2 together and it essentially makes the iron useless). It took me a bit of time to get on a schedule to remember to take 2 per day, but it eased the nausea in the beginning. I also like how this prenatal has folate instead of folic acid for easier absorption.

East to swallow. Great ingredients. Helped with a pregnancy that was full of morning sickness.
