This is the only thing which has regularized my period, that is not birth control. I have PCOS and insulin resistance and if I take this consistently, it keeps me regular and helps regulate my blood sugars.

I have been using this product for a few weeks now and it really improved my blood sugar results. It seems that I have it totally under control. It IS very expensive ... but well worth it.

Very expensive!My husband was hoping to cut back on PGX pills with this but did not work at all.His sugars went up Even with his regular activity and low sugar foods.Will stick with PGX
