Love these
After SO MUCH searching, I finally settled on these multi vitamins, and they did not disappoint. I chose them because they contain B12 as methylcobalamin, and because of their high iodine and selenium values. Some people may consider their calcium content, and lack of iron, an issue, but for someone who is dairy-free and eats red meat regularly, these fill in the gaps perfectly. I feel a definite increase in my energy levels while taking these.

Smelled Like Fishfood
Unfortunately my bottle of multi-smart vitamins smelled so strongly like fishfood that I was unable to take them.

No iron
I find it ironic that this is a multivitamin for women when it contains no iron. I realise she sells an iron supplement that I assume is supposed to be taken in conjunction, but who can afford that? I wish I had read the ingredients more carefully before purchasing.
