This is a very nice alternative milk for my morning bowl of porridge. I like to cycle through almond, cashew, and now this coconut. It's not the same as canned coconut milk, but it's not supposed to be. I use them very differently. I must say I'm not a fan of rice or soy milks so it's wonderful to have so many other options other than cow's milk. Goat's milk is another great alternative that works for me; although, of course, I do have to buy that one at the grocery store.
