Aromatic flavours of sumac and thyme combine with toasted notes of sesame in this flavourful Middle-Eastern inspired soup.
Cook time: approx. 1 hour.
Directions: Pour soup mix into a soup pot. Add 8 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then cover, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 60 minutes, or until lentils are tender.

Probably my least favourite soup girl soup. All I can taste is oregano and lentils. Pretty bland. Still edible but needed more flavours to round it out. Would recommend Soup Girl, just not this particular mix.

Love!
Think this is a wonderful and flavorful soup. Perfect that it’s not spicy like some of the others so my toddler gobbles it up. And can’t get any easier than throw it in the instant pot with water.
