frankly I am disappointed with this brand. The quality is subpar - material is very stiff and rough despite it being made with cotton and linen, zippers aren't smooth which keeps frustrating my toddler, the buckle keeps pinching my toddler's hand, the plastic lining that is supposed to protect the bottom already came torn from being folded (there's no packaging material inside the backpack so it is stored and delivered flat). Will have to buy something else now that is more kid-friendly.
