works really well
We use this ice pack in our KAVU lunch bags for my son and myself and we are quite content. Doesn't sweat, keeps things cool for quite a while after being out of the fridge and is non toxic as well. Cover is removable but not as easy as they mention. Will take a few minutes. Have used for a little over a month so far - every day - and its been holding up well. Can't complain for $13.
