St. Francis Herb Farm Fenugreek

Fenugreek has many uses, most notably in traditional medicine as a galactogogue, to aid in milk production for nursing mothers. Recently it has also been recognized as a tonic for both female and male hormonal systems and as a blood sugar regulator in diabetes.

Suggested Usage: Adults: Take 2 ml (60 drops) 4x daily in a little water on an empty stomach.

Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Fenugreek seed (Trigonella foenum-graecum) 250 mg QCE (1:4)

Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol
