The best formula to fight oncoming cold flu in early stages!
I love goldenseal extract to take when I have any signs or symptoms of an oncoming illness (slight sore throat for instance). I can take this formula for a few days 3 times a day and I generally don't get sick! I have always loved St. Francis brand for their purity so I always have some on hand just in case I need it!
