Shepherd's Purse is used for headache, premenstrual complaints, prolonged or painful menstrual periods, blood in the urine, and acute catarrhal cystitis.
Suggested Usage: Adults: Take 2 ml (60 drops) 3x daily in a little water on an empty stomach.
Medicinal Ingredients (per 1 ml): Shepherd's Purse flowering tops (Capsella bursa-pastoris) 250 mg QCE (1:4)
Non-Medicinal Ingredients: Distilled water, Grain alcohol
Cautions and Warnings: Consult a health care practitioner if symptoms worsen or persist and before use if you have a history of kidney stones.
Contraindications: Do not use if pregnant or breastfeeding.

Oh it works!
I wanted a more natural way of controlling my monthly flow. This has helped. It’s quite strong. So I could do with less than the recommended dosage.
Also, reduced cramps.
