Pricey but way better than grocery store GF
Bought this for my partner's birthday as they love banana bread but need to limit gluten. They had been settling for this terrible gluten free banana bread from the grocery store - so dry and bland! I don't have much experience with GF baking, just aware of its reputation, but this mix totally surpassed my expectations!!! ALSO Highly recommend topping with a banana like they show on the package - they don't mention to do it in the instructions but it's so yummy and looks super cool.

Delicious. Perfect sweetness level.
Super easy to make. Tastes good. Much less sweet than store bought muffins, which is quite nice. Whole family loved it. Recipe is for 12 muffins, the mix only made enough for 8.
