Surprisingly disappointing
This pancake mix was extremely disappointing. We love the Oatmeal in the same flavor, hence bought this. The pancake mix stays raw/sticky, no matter how long you try to cook it. It just doesn't want to come together. Honestly it was so bad that we threw it all out.

Protein packed without the whey!
I love this pancake mix, 50grams of dry mix, 1 whole egg and a splash or almond milk... I just make one gigantic pancake outta one serving and it works perfectly.
