Is this dog food?
When I was 15 years old my best friend tricked me into taking a bite of dog kibble. That is exactly how I felt today eating this. It doesn't look like jerky, it doesn't taste like jerky, it doesn't smell like jerky. It is very vinegar forward...it reminds me of the time I unsuccessfully made Kombucha. I honestly had to question if I had purchased dog food or not. There are not a lot of food aversions that I have and I honestly think I'd be up for eating anything BUT this...I will sadly and reluctantly try to finish the pack as soon as possible but will never in my life purchase this again. Please do not make the same mistake I did...

Not Your Average Jerky But Still Tasty.
I bought this product because it has no added refined sugar. It is a tasty product but it is very different in texture compared to average jerky.

Authentic Biltong
Over 10 years ago, I spent half a wonderful year in South Africa and this biltong brought me right back! It is delicious. The thing I love most about it is that it doesn't have overprocessed, oversugared flavour of lots of other "jerkies". Will buy again and again! Now I just need to find some really good rusks for my coffee :)

I will never go back to jerky
No overly saturated sauces or thick cuts, this is dry and chewy biltong. It's definitely not everyone's thing but if you like your jerky on the dry side with a light taste this is it. Just know you may find yourself at a loss to find anything else like it!

Absolutely fantastic
If you know South African biltong, this is it. Been trying to find a good source in Canada and this seems to fit the bill. A bit expensive but tasty and dry, just how I like it!
