Tastes Awful, But Kinda Works
I agree with the person who said it tastes like cough syrup, that's exactly how I initially described it when I tried it. I ordered these to take after late night soccer games to help me get to sleep faster and I do think they did that, but they definitely didn't help me stay asleep as the description suggests. I was still awake multiple times in the night, but I also wasn't drowsy in the morning, so that's nice.

Don't make me drowsy in the morning
I've taken just melatonin for a while but I find it makes me drowsy the next morning and I don't always sleep through the night, but these gummies seem to work much better! They make me sleepy and taste really good too!

Can’t tell if these work
Could be just me needing a higher dosage of Melotinin but I can’t tell if these really worked for me . I took two as directed but was still waking up in the middle of the night .

These work but taste REALLY gross
While these have proven to be gentle and effective, the taste is just SO incredibly revolting. The aftertaste especially; I can barely chew them and lots of water afterwards… and my partner just swallows them without chewing.
I am actually buying a second bottle, because I haven’t found some thing else my stomach tolerates, some melatonin brands give me nausea and this doesn’t. But man alive! The taste is BAD lol

These really work!
We've tried many things to help with sleep in our house, and these have been a godsend. They help calm anxieties and also help with that extra sleep boost. My husband finds even 1 is too many though, they really make him sleepy and finds it hard to shake it off the next day. But for my son, daughter and I, we don't experience that affect. We take 2 and it's just the right amount for a good night's sleep.

Counteracts insomnia from prednisone
Does it taste great? No. Are they soft and easy to chew? No. Do they work? YES. Sometimes I have to go on prednisone for a couple months and it always gives me insomnia on the higher doses. The really help slow my brain down so I can sleep and when I wake up in the middle of the night, it's easier to fall back asleep. Once I lower the prednisone, I go down to one gummy for a few days then stop altogether. It's made a huge difference in not being so tired and wired during the day.
As for eating them. They don't taste great and they have an aftertaste but it's worth it. I find taking one at a time and letting it roll around in my mouth for a couple minutes helps it soften up a bit. I always take it an hour before I go to bed to give it time to work.

I was taking super sleep for a bit and these are so great I enjoy the sleep and how I feel the next day. Definitely will buy again. My husband also like them and said he had one of the bests nights rest after he taking 2.

My husband and I both love these. Taste isn't amazing but the best sleep more than compensates. My mother also started using them because she saw a difference in us! Sleep quickly and all night. Aaaaaamazing. :)

I’m impressed, they do work but the texture is weird for a gummy and not the best taste. Plus be very careful, as I find I want to sleep longer with these so if you take on a work night, set two alarms!

Initially I gave this product 1 star because the gummies were rock-hard. Since then the company sent me a replacement product that indeed has the consistency of a normal gummy and will not break your teeth. So I guess the bottle I was sent was just defective. Well.ca also refunded my money and was very easy to communicate with, which I appreciated it.

So grateful.
My partner and I have been really struggling with our sleep over the past year, underlying anxiety being one part of that problem. I was super pleased with the efficacy of these gummies to help with falling & staying asleep. I’m so grateful. They work very well for me (and I don’t chew or bite them).
These do the trick for me. As others have mentioned, I think the Theanine and GABA really help as melatonin alone doesn’t work as well for me.
**Why are people biting into this “gummie”? It isn’t for chewing. You stick in your mouth and let it melt. You get a good hit if you do it this way. As well, they are not sweet! So, yes, they’re not like “real gummies”.đ

My favourite natural sleep aide.
I love these sleep gummies. If I’ve had a bout of insomnia the night before and I need to ensure I get a good nights sleep - I pop 2 of these bad boys and I sleep like a dream.
I don’t use them every night - but I always have them on hand for when I need them.

I would not buy this again. They taste so bad I have only taken them twice cuz I can muster up the courage to chew them again (yuck) and they really stick to your teeth.
