Unlike regular flour, gluten free baking requires different ratios of certain flours in the blend, depending on the recipe. A fluffly light cake requires a cake flour catered to these desired characteristics. These blends keep our products from tasting gluten free, no weird aftertaste or graininess. You wont be able to tell it's gluten free!!! These blends are made to replace regular flour in any regular wheat flour recipe. Just swap it out, 1 to 1!
