The best bread flour I’ve tried
I’ve purchased many different types of bread flours over the years: from bulk barn to grocery store brands like Robin Hood. Sweets from the earth bread flour is by far the best. The bread I’ve made with this is soft and airy, yet crusty on the outside. I’m also happy to support a vegan brand. I’ve used vegan butter and oat milk with this flour in my recipes and thy always come out perfect!
I will be purchasing again; it’s a staple in my pantry now.
