Reminded me a lot of brownies, not cake. While fun to eat, I thought it was the same as the caramel Sweetsmith candy and was sugarfree. SO WRONG! lol This one has 53grams of sugar in the 1 piece. Also, I do not recommend sucking on it. AS it is candy-like brittle, I htought it might last longer in my mouth and not get stuck in my teeth if I sucked the candy. AS it melted, it had a more discernable chemical taste. Way tastier just to chew it and enjoy

I was surprised by how much I actually liked this. I'm not a huge brittle fan, but the chocolate is delicious and the bar itself is beautifully handmade. Love.
