This cup looks really nice and it does keep things hot, but there are several issues. First, the lid that you need to buy separately randomly stopped working this morning (it literally keeps popping up, and twice caused a spill). Second issue is with this particular colour and texture cup, it's very prone to staining. I am not sure how but there are black marks on mine that won't wash off, so it no longer looks nice. I wouldn't recommend it because there are much better options that come with the lid, that the lid stays on, and that look just as nice without these issues.

No lid!!
Wish i had noticed that lid is sold separately. Seriously, who sells an insulated tumbler without a lid?! Will be returning and getting a Yeti tumbler instead - which comes with lid included!

The sip hole is too far from the edge. That wouldnâÂÂt deter me from buying this product again. What REALLY bothers me is how the moonstone color gets marks on it EVERYWHERE, and they donâÂÂt come off. IâÂÂve had it for a month , very light use, and it has marks all over from my car cup holder.

This cup is great! It really keeps cold beverages cold for longer. Also, I love putting hot tea in it because I can hold the cup right away and not burn my hands, but the liquid stays hot! Would highly recommend this cup!
