I bought the larger sized Tampax cup as recommended by several reviews for ease of removal. It looked a bit daunting to insert compared to my size 1 diva cup, but I had no problem. It definitely is the most comfortable and forgettable feeling cup I've ever tried. The step is quite slim and doesn't poke or stick out. Taking the cup out the first time wasn't bad, although I found the bottom quite firm, so it was more difficult to break the seal and it sat higher than I'm used to. When I went to take it out the second time though, I realized that I couldn't reach high enough to break the seal. If you have a higher cervix, as I do, I'd recommend the diva cup. If you are in the middle though, I'd definitely recommend this cup, and if you have a lower cervix, go for the smaller capacity cup.

Best cup I've used so far. Goes is so easily. No spills. It takes me a bit longer for me to take it out though. But other than that it is fantastic
