- Bring 250 mL of fresh, filtered water to boil (about 100°C)
- Pour water over the filterbag in the cup
- Sit tight for 5 minutes until steeping is done. Delicious tea is on the way.

Tazo Calming Chamomile tea is a smooth tea that I usually gravitate to when I feel either under the weather or I need to relax. It has a flower taste that leaves a light aftertaste. It does make you feel sleepy and I love that about this tea.

This tea is my favourite of all the Tazo teas I've tried. No caffeine as well for those who don't like caffeine. My favourite time to have this tea is a couple hours before bed time. Makes me feel very calm and relaxed when I have this tea.

I love this brand tea. They smell divine and taste good as well. However they are on pricey side but their aroma is so therapeutic. I had bought this when I had sleep issues. Chamomile is great for good sleep. I love their mint flavour too.

This tea is great for drinking before sleeping as it was very calming and had a mild but smooth taste! I also love to use this tea for "eye masks" or face masks...just steep the tea in hot water and use the water in any homemade skin care!

This tea is exactly what you would expect out of a chamomile tea. It is nothing extravagant but it still a good tea. It is mild and something I drink before going to sleep. It is a little fruity for my taste buds, but it is still good.

Both my husband and I enjoy tea before bed. This was a great tea that helps calm us and taste great. It’s great with a dash of sugar in it or some milk. It doesn’t leave an aftertaste and has a lovely fragrance to it.

I find the chamomile taste very natural, tastes like the scent of the flower . Tazo brand is very aromatic and delicious. The flavour is distinct. Very relaxing before bedtime and a comforting feeling all over.
