- Bring 250 mL of fresh, filtered water to boil (about 80°C)
- Pour water over the filterbag in the cup
- Sit tight for 3 minutes until steeping is done. Delicious tea is on the way.

This green tea is the tea I drink when I want to relax, the taste is not too strong but it has a hint of earthly-ness that tastes great in the month. There isn't much caffeine in it so I don't feel hyped up after drinking it unlike some other types of tea!

This is my favorite tea. I start my day with this tea as it helps get going in the mornings. The flavour of this tea is just right for me. I take this box of tea with me on holidays. Some hotels even provide this tea in the room which I am happy about

Zen indeed. I love the infusion of the lemongrass and spearmint flavors. This tea is the perfect option when I just want that "me" time at the end of the day. With each sip, I am able to wind down for the day. I would definitely recommend this tea!!

This is my all-time favourite tea! It has a perfect blend of spearmint with a hint of lemon. It smells amazing, and calming, and tastes fantastic and smooth. There is also caffeine in it, and doesn't have that bitteraftertaste like some green teas.

This is my favourite green tea, hot or cold. It has the perfect blend of lemon and mint, and it's refreshing and comforting all at the same time. Add lemon and a bit of honey for the perfect blend of sweet lemony sweetness, and you're good to go.

I always keep a box of Tazo Zen Green Tea around. It brews smoothly and isn't overly strong. The teabags are a good quality, and when steeped, hold together well.
Not the cheapest brand but quality tea. It is also nice to brew for and iced tea.

My mother bought this green tea and offered me a cup. I prefer black tea, but this green tea was similar to other major brands. It was pleasant, but I enjoy a more fruity tea. People that are big fans of green tea will love it.

I love this tea and buy it over and over again. It tastes like the Aveda tea, but only a fraction of the cost. It's so nice on a hot afternoon over ice and little lime juice or hot on its own any time of day. Very smooth.
