Simple ingredients and delicious!
I use this for a simple thai red curry soup.
Surprisingly, it is difficult to find a curry paste that doesn't have sugar or soy added into it. I'm glad that this one met my needs and also tastes very good!
I use half a jar for 6-8 portions of my curry and it is very flavourful :)
